OpenClaw Meetup: claws that deliver value

Thanks for a very interesting OpenClaw Meetup today! Three very interesting talks on how different startups use claws to deliver value, not just hype.

What stuck with me: Johannes Berggren from Findable and his version of the Trust Ladder, a simple model for when the agent should only read, when it may draft, and when it actually gets to act. A very easy concept to communicate.

And a good reminder: agents work best when you already know what the job is. The technology is not the point; the workflow is. It is easy to get carried away by the hype about claws on social media.
